Schedule of Events

The official opening, hosted by the SAPA Honorary President, will take place on Tuesday, 8 June, followed by the respective Annual General Meetings.

On Wednesday, 9 June, delegates can choose from four parallel conference sessions covering a range of relevant industry topics.

The conference will conclude at 12:00 on Thursday, 10 June.

Registration & Attendance Fees

The attendance fee is R810 per day, which includes:

• Access to all conference presentations
• Access to the exhibition
• Lunch
• Tea and refreshments

Registration opens on 1 November 2026. An attractive early-bird discount will be available for online registrations completed before 30 April 2027.
