Toast & Egg Slice with Creamy Mustard Sauce

Cooking time : 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced evenly
  • 1 slice brown toast, buttered
  • 15 ml (1 T) mild prepared mustard
  • 5 ml (1 t ) seed mustard
  • 30 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

  • Place the sliced egg on the toast.
  • Mix the mustards and sour cream together.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the creamy mustard sauce over and serve.
