- ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 eggs combined with ½ cup milk, softly scrambled.
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Line the tortilla with lettuce leaves and top with avocado slices and scrambled egg.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortillas securely and serve.
