Congress 2010

AVI AFRICA 2010

The Southern African Poultry Association will be holding the Avi Africa 2010 from 31 May – 2 June 2010 at Emperors Palace.

Avi Africa represents the premier poultry event in Africa at which exhibitors will be demonstrating their latest products, technology and skills and will also be available at their stands to answer all your questions.

Exhibitors have already booked stand space and we are pleased to announce that all available stand space has been allocated.

The format will be slightly different from previous years in that the first day will start with registration at 10:00 and the 4 AGM meetings will start from 12:00. This means the exhibitors will still be setting up whilst the delegates are in the lecture room.

The social function will be held on Monday 31 May 2010 starting from 18:00 in the exhibition area. The exhibitors have asked for some live entertainment which will be arranged.

On Tuesday 1 June Congress will officially be opened by SAPA’s Honorary President followed by our keynote speaker. Thereafter we will begin our conference, bringing you specialized speakers from a range of fields that will continue until about 17:00. The day will end with a banquet. For this prestigious event you can purchase tables or seats at the SAPA office. Please speak to Louisa.

Parallel sessions will be hosted the morning of the 2nd June - one catering for emerging poultry farmers’ needs and the other one for specialist technical/veterinary subjects. After lunch the general conference will continue until around 15:00.

The Delegate Registration Form is available on SAPA’s website.

Should you need any further information kindly contact the SAPA offices.

Kind regards
